Shipping Policy
- Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location.
- Tirupati Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will not be provided for customized, opened, or used products.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If a customer receives a product that is different from the item ordered, they must notify Tirupati Enterprises within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement (exchange) or return for the incorrect product.
Any claim reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to reject requests made beyond this period.
Customers may be required to provide photos or videos of the received product for verification purposes.
